I offer gentle guided and easy to follow Hatha Yoga with Pranayama Breathwork workshops in St Leonards On Sea.  All levels are welcome,  including those new to yoga.  Private classes or maximum of two per workshop.  I offer a hands on energy transmission of Deeksha Energy to those who would like it.

Hatha Yoga and Pranayama Breathwork can improve lungs, blood pressure and brain function.  In addition to strengthening the connection between body and mind, it helps improve balance and core strength, reduce stress and depression, strengthen flexibility, relieve body pains and help to deeply relax.
